DOMESTIC SHIPPING (INDIA)

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 14–21 business days from the date of purchase.
• Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation along with tracking details.
• For prepaid orders, if a customer requires express delivery or delivery by a specific date, they must contact us before placing the order and receive confirmation from us regarding the availability and applicable terms of express delivery. If the customer has not contacted us and received such confirmation, the order will be processed and shipped according to our standard timelines. In such cases, the customer cannot request cancellation or a refund solely because the order does not arrive within their preferred or required timeframe.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 21–28 business days from the date of purchase.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.
• If an international customer requires express delivery or delivery by a specific date, they must contact us before placing the order and receive confirmation from us regarding the availability and applicable terms of express delivery. In the absence of prior confirmation from Aomidori Shimai, the order will be processed according to our standard international shipping timelines. The customer cannot request cancellation or a refund solely because the order does not arrive within their preferred, required, or expected timeframe.
• Please note that international shipments may be held, delayed, or otherwise affected by customs authorities in the destination country. Such customs-related delays or holds are beyond our control, and Aomidori Shimai shall not be held responsible for any resulting delay, loss, or non-delivery. Orders held by customs will not be eligible for a refund, including where the package is delayed, returned, or otherwise affected due to customs-related issues.

Please note that business days exclude weekends and public holidays. During unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we prepare your order with the utmost attention to detail.

Additionally, please make sure that your pieces are stored in a dry and cool place and not exposed to too much sunlight and moisture.

For cleaning, only use a dry cloth, and avoid any liquids and chemical substances.
